Elbows

My elbows are killing me. And my feet. And my hands. And every breath is like breathing with two of my nieces on my chest with sand in between my ribs. And my neck muscles are in spasm. 
No sleep now, instead of constant sleep. Sometimes that's the battle we play. Sleep that won't stop followed by sleep that won't start. 
I miss life. It's a honest statement. I miss doing simple day to day things. I'm still trying to learn and accept my new life. I'm reading all I can on dealing with pain and whatnot...but when it comes right down to it, you still have to learn your own way to manage. I'm still learning mine.
