Been up and about more and more. I still crash every few days, sleeping solid. But I have not had so much horrible nausea. Even up to 30 minutes on stationary bike.
Hope this sticks.
Also looking into genetic testing....then if ever we have kids, I can worry a smidge less that I will pass on RA.
