Saw the rheumatologist yesterday (completely flattened me the rest of the day, and don't feel too well today. Great thing, long car rides). Managed to actually talk, most of the time I have a hard time describing how I am doing.
Anyway, we will up the chemo drug, Methotrexate, and after a month give him a call back if it is not working any. Then we may or may not up it one last time, and after that, go on to different medications altogether.
The problem is with autoimmune diseases is that there are only so many medications. Then once you are done, unless a new one pops out of the drug companies pockets, you are kinda done. Probably stick you on one in hopes of providing some sort of bone protection. At least that is my thought on it.

Col 1:15-19
15 The Son is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation. 16 For in him all things were created: things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities; all things have been created through him and for him. 17 He is before all things, and in him all things hold together. 18 And he is the head of the body, the church; he is the beginning and the firstborn from among the dead, so that in everything he might have the supremacy. 19 For God was pleased to have all his fullness dwell in him
