The worst of my anxiety was often best treated by having complete control. Complete control in every aspect of every part of life. Thankfully for those living with me, these worst days were fewer apart later along my life.
At times I had to have control of the TV, for specific programs were calming, others upsetting, control over the heat of the house, control over driving, control over what i ate. Control control control.
Being in a place such as that, as we all are at one point or another----think about your own "control" needs---shows us the depths of our continued godhood.

Our walks in our various lives give us the tools to speak to others. Our studies are among the best and most useful tools----but life experiences with battles give us credibility. We listen to those who speak the language we understand.
