Well, I saw the retina specialist in Tacoma today. All sorts of tests done. Basically she thinks I have had RA since childhood, and we discussed my having had some eye symptoms from childhood as well. We will be trying a steroid that is 50 times as potent, keep seeing my local opt., and then, if four months from now we are not seeing much improvement we will drop the Humira. Humira has rarely been implicated in an "allergic" reaction seen as iritis.
Hopefully one way or another the eyes quiet down. At least this way I didn't learn my eyeballs were going to fall out or something.
